Nutter Butter Ghost Cookies from The Robinsons

What a nice surprise to come home today to find this bag of treats on our doorstep!  A big thanks to our neighbors in the next block, the Robinsons.

Inside the bag, there were four ghosts --- Nutter Butters dipped in white chocolate with mini-chocolate chip eyes.

If you want to make your own:

Halloween Ghosties

 Makes 24 

 1 12 ounce package of white chocolate chips
24 Nutter Butter cookies
mini chocolate chips for eyes
wax paper
cooling rack

Place wax paper under a cooling rack.

Melt the chocolate chips in a large glass Pyrex measuring cup.  Dip the cookie into the melted chocolate and let excess drip back into the measuring cup. Place the cookie on the cooling rack.  Add mini chocolate chips for eyes.

Save any excess white chocolate for making more.  Just re-melt when needed.
