Freezing Muffins Tip from Colleen

| Use a straw to suck out the air before sealing |
Colleen taught me this tip the last time I visited. They buy lots of muffins from Costco, bag them in smaller quantities, and then freeze them. She presses out the extra air, inserts a straw, seals the bag shut against the straw, sucks out the remaining air, and then quickly seals the bag. Minimizes freezer burn and ice crystals.
