Most Requested Recipes by Missy: Kahlua Chocolate Chip Cake

Kahlua Chocolate Chip Cake by Missy
B:
I am at long last sending you a couple of items that my kids and friends frequently request for dessert (Kahlua Choc Chip Cake) or brunch (Blueberry Buckle*) contributions. As I have told you, I am not an ace photographer but have tried to provide some clues.

 * Watch for the Blueberry Buckle recipe, too.  Will be coming soon. ---B

Kahlua Chocolate Chip Cake is the only recipe that I’ve used out of a cookbook from a Campbell church ladies’ guild. Bought the book from a guy on my shift at Fallbrook.

Kahlua Chocolate Chip Cake
(Campbell Church Ladies' Guild)

1 pkg devil’s food cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Kahluha or coffee flavored liqueur
¾ cup oil
1 6 oz pkg choc. Chips
In a large bowl combine cake mix, eggs, sour cream, Kahluha and oil.

Beat 3 to 5 minutes at med-fast speed.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Be Sure to Grease the Pan Well
Pour batter into greased Bundt pan.

Bake at 350 degrees 55 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
Cool 30 minutes.

Cooled and Ready to Eat
