Sugar Plums from Peigi


Sugar plums are finely ground nuts and dried fruits rolled into balls and dredged in sugar.  I had never had them before.  Peigi dropped off two kinds, a light and a dark, for us to try.  Yummy!  Today she is sharing her recipes with us.  Thank you, Peigi!  

The light one has apricots, figs, pecans, golden raisins,
dried cherries, unsweetened
 coconut, almond extract, B&B, vanilla and orange extract
