Karen's Favorite Blender Smoothie
Dark Chocolate, Peanut Butter and Banana |
The recipe for my fav blender smoothie is two tablespoons each of vanilla Greek yogurt, smooth peanut butter, and a defrosted, peeled banana. Put in blender with 8 to 12 ounces of dark chocolate almond milk and mix.

Karen's Favorite Blender Smoothie
Makes 1 large or 2 small smoothies
2 T. vanilla Greek yogurt
2 T. vanilla Greek yogurt
2 T. smooth peanut butter
1 ripe banana, defrosted, peeled
8 - 12 ounces (1-1.5 cups) Dark Chocolate Almond Milk**
** 100 calories per 8-ounce cup. It's sold in the refrigerated dairy case.
Put it all in a blender and process until smooth.
