Chocolate Cherry Biscotti with Pine Nuts by Barbara

 

This is one of my favorite recipes.  It calls for toasted almonds but I had pine nuts to use up before we leave for our long vacation.  Excellent substitution.  I will do this again. Here's the link for Chocolate Cherry Biscotti, a David Lebovitz recipe I have used for years.
