Roasting Corn in its Husk in the Oven by Barbara

I've been experimenting with roasting corn in its husk in the oven.  So easy and so good.  It has worked every time.

The corn steams in its husk.  An peels off easily.  The strands come off easily, too.

Roast the corn at 350 degrees on a baking sheet for about 35 minutes but up to one hour, if you want it more caramelized.

This technique comes in handy when the weather is cooler and we'd rather cook inside.
